Who created Diversity Essentials?
IC Edge developed the Diversity Essentials virtual workshop under the leadership of Michael Carter, CEO and Founder. We created this workshop after consistently hearing from people across various industries and professions who wanted a comprehensive yet short course on the essentials of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).
